Clinical Data Manager - Westchester, NY
Vibrant Westchester-based biotechnology firm seeks experienced Clinical Data Manager to participate in the timely initiation of data activities/study planning with regards to form design, data tracking and document processing while ensuring consistency, integrity and accuracy of data reporting via clinical database. New York based commercial finance and asset Management Company, is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in loan operations, cash-flow forecasting and CLO monitoring.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Providing support to VP Loan Operations in matters of daily loan fundings, repayments, revolver draws and interest payments. Handle monthly closing of WSO and preparation of general ledger entries.
2. Daily monitoring of bank facilities to the firm’s SPV and interaction with lending bank and Trustee, e.g. calculation of borrowing base.
3. Reconciliation of internally generated portfolio data to trustee data for monthly compliance reporting and quarterly distribution dates.
4. General duties in the accounting/finance department including Accounts Payable.
Requirements:
