Business Analyst with hands on IT skills
Westchester based client has asked us to identify polished, professional hands on process first, Business Analyst who can also jump in to code as needed. Fixed Income experience, from both a middle and a back office approach would be ideal, given the departmental needs. Responsibilities will include ROI competitive analysis to stay current while driving weekly, monthly reporting, assisting with monthly statements. The ideal candidates will have excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables) and some industrial strength Data Base(Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) or modern programming language(C++, .net, Java) To qualify, you should have 2-5 years relevant experience in a large corporate setting. Compensation will be based on previous levels of experience.

Responsibilities will include balancing and reconciling firm clearance accounts, proactively seeking ways to improve current processes by leveraging available tools, problem solving and incorporating new processes to mitigate risk and reconciling a high volume of differences in a timely and accurate manner.
